Academic Support Services

91×ÔÅÄÊÓƵ offers a number of academic support services to assist you in your studies. These services are available to all Trinity students and are free to use.

Academic supports and student services at Trinity work together as a team to support you, from first-year course enrollment advising, to residence life support, to career planning. The new Student Services Centre brings key student services such as the Office of the Registrar and Office of the Dean of 91×ÔÅÄÊÓƵ together into one space. Trinity’s Academic Resource Centre (ARC) is the home for many of the College’s academic supports (located on the lower level of the main Trinity building), including writing support, math support, our on-site accessibility advisor, and learning strategist support. The Office of the Registrar provides academic advising and referral servicesÌý²¹²Ô»å career exploration advising. OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

This is your first stop for all things related to your academics, student finances, and post-graduation planning. The Office of the Registrar offers all Trinity students advising on academic, financial, career-related, and personal matters. The advisors in our office will listen, offer answers, options, clarification, and advice, and can also refer students to other more specialized services offered by Trinity and the University of Toronto.

Services Provided:

• Academic advising and referral
• Financial advising and referral: budgeting, government student loans, bursaries, scholarships, , and RESP verification forms
• Personal advising and referral: personal issues affecting academic performance, career planning and grad school applications

The Registrar’s Office front desk is open for in-person drop-in questions – find our office hours below!  You can stop by the Student Services Centre if you have a quick question, want to book an appointment, or need a form filled out.  You are also welcome to send us a message at trinity.registrar@utoronto.ca – we can help out by email or set up an appointment for a one-on-one meeting with an academic advisor.  Current students are also able to request an appointment by filling out the request form in the Office of the Registrar section of the Student Services Centre module in Trinity Life on . We are also regularly holding drop-in hours online – see details below on how to connect.

Online Drop-In Hours

1. Log into using your UTORid.
2. Go to ‘Trinity Life’ or ‘TRIN101’ in your list of courses (current students should receive an invitation to the Trinity Life course by email in September – if you missed it, please let us know).
3. Go to your modules and select the page ‘Office of the Registrar’ under ‘Student Services Centre’.
4. Look for the Teams link listed under ‘Online Drop-In Hours’ and click to join!
