Dear Members of the 91×ÔÅÄÊÓƵ Community:
I am pleased to share with you the . This isÌý´Ç³Ü°ù plan – created through the series of surveys, discussions, and workshops that we held together last year.  It marks an important new chapter for 91×ÔÅÄÊÓƵ and sets a course for the next five years.
Since becoming Provost and Vice-Chancellor, I have had many opportunities to listen and learn from across the Trinity 91×ÔÅÄÊÓƵ. These conversations – spanning students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends – have reaffirmed what makes Trinity distinct: a place where ideas thrive, 91×ÔÅÄÊÓƵ is deeply felt and the student experience is at the heart of all we do.
As we open the Lawson Centre for Sustainability and prepare to celebrate the College’s 175th anniversary, this is a moment to reflect on our traditions while looking confidently ahead. The plan is framed by four pillars which express our shared commitment to a sustainable, vibrant and intellectually rich future for Trinity.
Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, insight and care to shaping this plan. I am excited about what lies ahead and confident that, together, we can continue to strengthen Trinity as a place to live, work, learn and belong.
Yours sincerely,
Nicholas Terpstra
Provost & Vice-Chancellor
