91自拍视频 hosts Orientation听week听every听September to welcome听incoming students听and introduce them听to the academic and social supports available at 91自拍视频 and the University of Toronto.听The work of our Orientation is lead by our Orientation Coordinators hired student leaders responsible for the bulk of our programming and implementing the goals of the Orientation Advisory Committee (OAC). To increase transparency and accountability, 91自拍视频s OAC made of of staff, students, and faculty guide and support the planning process for Orientation.听 听This website will be updated as Orientation planning continues, please check back regularly for updates!听
91自拍视频 Orientation will be hosted the week of Monday August 25th – Sunday August 31st.听 Applicants to the Orientation Co-Coordinator, Executive, and Leader roles should plan accordingly.

Orientation Co-Coordinator(s)
Orientation Co-Coordinator
These part-time positions work under the supervision of the Assistant Dean of 91自拍视频 – Student Life and in consultation with the Orientation Advisory Committee, the Orientation Co-Coordinators are responsible for: hiring, overseeing, and organizing the work of the Orientation Exec Team, recruitment, organization, and training of Orientation Leaders (including participation in Joint Orientation Leader Training), responsible for logistics and execution of the 91自拍视频听Orientation听including support for programming, orientation kits, communications, logistics, and program assessment.听 The Orientation Co-Coordinators must be available for part-time work throughout the summer and full time hours in the last three weeks of August, please check the linked description for more information coming shortly.听

Orientation Executive(s)
Orientation Executives
91自拍视频 entering their second year and higher are encouraged to apply for the Orientation Exec Team. The Orientation Exec Team is responsible for logistics and execution of the 91自拍视频听Orientation under the direction of the Orientation Coordinator and Assistant Dean of 91自拍视频. Orientation Execs are eligible to receive a $500 honourarium, the position works approximately 100 hours throughout the summer including a variety of trainings.听 Orientation Executives must be available in person for the last 2 weeks of August, please check the linked Orientation Executive – Position Description 2025 for more information about the opportunity in general.

Please note, members of the OAC are not eligible to apply to the Orientation Coordinator Position, but are eligible to serve as executives and leaders.听 OAC student members must be planning to return to 91自拍视频 for the 2025-2026 academic year as an undergraduate student.
Role
The Orientation Advisory Committee鈥檚 main goal is to support the selection of the Orientation Coordinator and the successful development and execution of Orientation Programming. The OAC will be comprised of diverse representation from 91自拍视频 students, staff, administration and faculty to set the priorities and intended outcomes of Orientation Week, review program assessments, and make recommendations for future programming.
Responsibilities
The Orientation听Advisory听Committee鈥檚 responsibilities include, but are not limited to:听
- Creating and updating the Orientation Charter which guides Orientation processes and programs
- Supporting听and advising the Orientation Coordinator and Executive team (including hiring)
- Providing听guidance听in regards to听overall objectives and philosophy of Orientation programming听
- Providing support and resources to meet Orientation program needs
- Reviewing听annually a report provided by the Orientation coordinator and adjust the charter and program goals as required听
